The Use of Finnish artillery

I have a question regarding the use of Finnish Artillery during the Continuous War. I have hear and read that the Finnish really used their artillery concentrated and with deadly accuracy? Are there anyone who could describe how they used, tactics. Would be nice if anyone knew something of what kind of artillery they used.

Thanks
Paul

I can't remember what guns or cannons our artillery had during The Continuation War. However, I can confirm that due to a shortage in guns and shells, we had to use them as efficiently as possible. Therefore, all gun batteries were connected to each other by field phone lines. When the enemy began to attack, these lines were used to give our guns the right coordinates. We also used a some sort of little calibration device to ensure that all the guns would hit the same area. The field phone lines also made possible the simultaneous firing of all the guns, hence increasing the damage caused to the enemy. Now if I recall right, the Russians would halt their attack every time they heard The Finnish Artillery fire. This happened quite often after the big rush they made in the end of The Continuation War.
