 | The Focke Wulf TA-154 Responding to a request to design an aircraft that could take on the Mosquito, the germans cam up with this design. made of Balsa wood it was started but then cancelled by Kurt Tank as the proper glue for the Balsa wasnt available! Have a look at this website with lots of photos: Tank Ta 154 There is one of these on display in the museum in Rechlin (or at least 75% of it!) and here's the link: Tank Ta 154 lots of photos showing the construction of it.
