It's worth noting that for most of the war, Britain produced more planes than Germany. The British mobilized their nation better for war than the Germans.

I don't have the figures to hand myself, but the British list needs to include bombers to be anywhere near complete.

The most heavily-produced aircraft of the war was neither German nor British nor American, but the Soviet IL-2 Sturmovik ground-attack plane, which came in advanced editions as the war ground on. It was a superb plane for its role, close-support ground attack. I can't remember the numbers offhand. They're at home, I'm afraid. It also was very easy to fly, according to historian Malcolm MacKintosh in the Purnell's WW2 series.

The Gloster Meteor figure of 3875 must include post war production.
The wartime versions were :
Mk 1 (20 built + 8 prototypes)
Mk 111 (280 built - and some of these were post war)

Other figures I can add are:

Hampden: 1270 in UK, + 160 in Canada
Whitley: 1813
