M107/M110 Chassis leads me to M578 ARV?
M578 Recovery Vehicle

Edit: - and an old Canadian GM C15TA being dragged out? Armoured 15CWT.

Quite correct. Denmark apparently, where the C15TA was still in service into the '60's when it was replaced by M113.
