Italian Carro Armato P40 in Venezuelan colours?
(Lot of countries with those blue/yellow/red colours but as it seems they had some CV33's it would make sense.)

I think it is in late war Italian colours. The image below with German markings was captured in Austria 1945. I still can't find which museum has the preserved example.
