I remember being on holiday in Lulworth in about 1970 and as was usual in those days, being condemned to the beer garden of the village pub. The Landlord proudly showed us a rusting bomb casing which he had found there ! It had lost its fins which meant I couldn't tell if it was British or German but it was clearly empty.

It sounds as if this was another one from the same stick. In those days, it was just an interesting curiosity, now it's national news.
