I was recently given this book by mate late aunty ( my mother's sister in law )
She worked in the tailors shop in RAF mildenhall where she met her husband who was my uncle (mum's brother) James Hughes , I can't find anything on my uncle , he joined the RAF as a cobbler due to him having rheumatic fever as a child his health was very poor and died at a young age of 46 in 1962 , I'd love to find out more about him ,
Anyway back to the book ,there's a fair few pages that she has written on and here are a few photos I've taken from the book

To be honest James I've no idea , I always thought of her being a dressmaker to be honest , I could be wrong though .

If you or your friend are looking for details of your relatives then you need to obtain their service records, the link for the forms is

Request records of deceased service personnel

It really is the only way to start research of this nature
