Owen I just thought these were tanks I know my grandad was in a heavy AA Regiment but also got shifted round to an anti tk bty

317 had to take up an anti tank role at some point going off the war diaries. August 45 His unit was then disbanded. Then he tranfered into an anti tank unit. Will have look in the morning.

55th (Suffolk Yeomanry) Anti-Tank Regiment RA
on 12 Dec 46 they were stationed in Camp 8 later Ubique Barracks Dortmund
