He wrote it long hand back in 70's and Artlook press printed it in 1984, but they went bust, so he paid the printer himself, and had cartons of books in his garage until he died. His son Jim now has them, but some made it to library's and a few had turn up in 2nd hand book stores occasionally. ISBN 0864450478
