Looking at chap on left again, am I imagining it or is there a tartan square above the 15th Div's sign?

Looking at the photo's of Hogg and Harrison, my money would be on Hogg by appearance.

Back in 19 hundred and canteen I was a boy scout, can I claim my detective badge, with brown envelope perks?

Could also be 6 RSF - who were also nearby and belonged to 44th Brigade.

I do not see a tartan on top of the Div insigna, rather a small strip with a text (?) - which would indicate 6 RSF. What about enlarging the shoulder patch.
I think you need new glases mate, plain as day to me.
    :p
Not RSF as no flaming bomb.
I can even make out the white line going from top left to bottom right on that patch.

    105. Brigadier (Brigadegeneraal) C.W.P. Richardson , D.S.O. ... Fotoarchief CVK © Brigadier C.W.P.
