    Thanks CS. The Keep Museum at Dorchester helped me out a great deal in my very first year of research into my grandfather's war. He was posted in the first instance to the 9th Devon's, which is where the museum came in to assist. Dorchester would be a nice place to work, but a tad too far from Twickenham/Hounslow borders.

    I find it quite sad that the Keep is 'just' a museum these days. I remember it as RHQ for the D and D's. Hey ho, times change, stuff happens...
