Many thanks for replying. I've seen it before, it's from the Corps of Military Police commemoration website.

No matter how I try to manipulate the photo, I just cannot get a decent image !!

Request another photo of that headstone stating that the current one is unreadable. There are no outstanding photo requests for Rheinberg War Cemetery so it looks like any requests are completed pretty quickly.
Yes I know it says it is 100% photographed but if other photos are of poor quality, people will still request a new one. Its worth a try.
