Help for someone who knows not a lot about tanks!

    Can someone advise me what tank this is and what it was armed with etc......

    Whilst I recognise some German tanks it is not my specialised subject...for info I believe the photo was taken in Norway in 1940..... German tank.jpg

    Where's the picture from, AM?
    Don't think I've seen it before (though more and more shots of the Neubaufahrzeugs seem to be coming to light.)

    Puzzled me slightly as it looks like the actual gun tubes are missing - whether a sign of damage or maintenance I couldn't say, but I know people can get rather intrigued at evidence of NbFz use in combat.

    A Norwegian friend sent it to me.....I have no idea where he got it from....I bow to everyone's superior knoweldge to me on tihs particular tank!

    OP, given that it's a tad immobile-looking...scope out the pile of clothing/kit in front of it...I wonder if the famous "Kvam" one....
