    Normandy 44.

I have a report on an air attack in the Domfront, Flers, and Argentan area for the 22nd June 15:30 by straffing, destroying a fuel target. I am pretty certain having trawled the American records that they were pretty busy elsewhere on the day, at that time. Mostly (Cherbourg).

So any pointers as to who may have been up and in the area at that time will be very much appreciated. Are there any obvious suspects to look at in Kew? Or Canada?

    TVM,

2 TAF Mitchells of 98 Squadron were active in the US sector at the time. Three were lost but I have no other details.
