    Can I ask - what is the "reputation" button next to the red and green arrows - is it a "like" button

    In essence, yes - but there seems to be variation in use between users. I think the point is to 'reward' posts that are especially useful or provide valuable information rather that just *click to agree*. That's how I use it anyway.

    Some problems with the web host, sooner or later inevitable I'm afraid. The good news is they were much, much more helpful than the previous group. If we had been at our old hold host we'd still be offline.
