Hello, Quick introduction: I have these two grandfathers; Harry, my dad's dad who as a civilian riverman took his father's motor launch to rescue troops from the beaches at Dunkirk in Operation Dynamo and my mum's dad Freddie, who was a Horsa co-pilot in the first wave of landings at Wolfheze in Operation Market, defended the perimeter at HQ Hartenstein and was one of the last to cross the Rhine in Operation Berlin. It took me 35 years of interviews and extensive research to unravel a yarn I was spun as a child that turned out to be true, and I finally managed to publish the book The Turn. I've landed in your forum hoping I might be able to promote it to your members. www.amazon.co.uk/Turn-Stephen-Alan-Hastings/dp/1540888452/ Best regards, S. Hastings
