    Whilst trolling through my Picasa 3 photo album i came across this old pic that showed the ages of my siblings on the day war broke out.

    It reminded me of the fact that Mossy & Gertie were twins.

    Ron, I have just read the story you posted a link to and it speaks volumes of the loss and trauma that families suffered as a result of war. With your sister's passing it must bring all these things back, so my condolences. Being the last of your siblings cannot be easy. However, we know your wider family will benefit from all the stories of the events from that era you have written about and that these will last for generations to come.
