General Corran was a regular at Regimental events at the London Irish Rifles for the past 30+ years in his roles, first as Hon Colonel (1986-1993) and then President of the Regimental Association (1994-2018). He was, of course, a Training Major with the LIR from 1952 to 54. I've just been re-reading 'List The Bugle.'
    A truly remarkable man.
