Always good to see member's then & Nows. Is it just me or do other members find that it takes awhile for all the images to load into the post ?
good day koos 24.yesterday.06:22pm.re:dunkirk then and now.1940-2013.thank you for a fine set of then and now photo's,they show the horror of those days.i had a brother came home via Dunkirk.he was in the military police.among the last to leave.he allways spoke highly of the people who riscked there lives bringing there boats over to rescue them.a great post.regards bernard85
Owen, I think it is just the slight delay in the links to imageshack. I haven't the fastest computer or net connection, probably takes about 20 seconds to load the images. Great pictures koos, thanks for posting them.
Well done - You found a couple I failed to find a few years ago. Owen - I suspect its too many pictures in one post.
Dear Koos, these are wonderful pictures, Next week I will go to Dunkirk and I'm quite excited about it. Which places should be seen in there as a priority and can you tell me the locations in your photos? Thank you
Great photos and such good detective work. Do you have road names or coordinates for the town scenes? Am off to Dunkirk once again shortly trying to follow my fathers journey to the evacuation from the port, Thanks, Hugh
