    Giving evidence, Sergeant Wallace and Private Grommit said they "were" kneading the dough for a Welsh "rabbit" supper for the men after a grand day out, and noticed that the culprits were wearing the wrong trousers in order to stuff the cheese inside. It was a close shave they said as the men could have edam a break for briedom

    The case against the three soldiers was dismissed with costs against them, they then had to carry the cheese out of court - hope they did it Caerphilly.
