A reminder received today stating that the 50% offer off a 3 months subscription ends at midnight tonight,19 November.

Unfortunately a noreply e mail which I would have responded to as.....make it 50% off the annual subscription and i would subscribe.Present yearly subscription is about £156.

As it is the offer amounts to a year rate of about £90 but of course will not be available continuously for a full year.

 

Hello all,
anyone got a findmypast subscription they can use to look up a single record please? I hate the way that national assets and records are now in the hands of the greedy private sector!

Hello all - problem resolved! - your local library has access to both ancestry and findmypast for free!! (yes free!) just get yourself a library card and rock up to your local. Just spent an awesome week in mine finding some cool stuff for free!
