Identify WW2 woman's badges/ribbons?

    Could the badge above the jacket pocket be a stylised Maple Leaf indicating a Canadian Connection ?

    It also may have the appearance of a "Sweet Heart" badge worn by wives, girlfriends & female relations of a serviceman.
     
  2. Thank you travers1940 for your helpful response - I think sweetheart badge seems to fit the silver looking badge above the pocket! I will look into a Canadian badges too

    Although I didn't think that these were worn whilst in uniform as this lady appears to be

    The badge above the pocket usually relates to the unit the ATS member is attached to, I think this one looks like RASC

    Several photos of ATS members wearing the badges of the units they were attached to are in this link.

    Were they usually the units cap badge ?

    I believe its usually the cap badge as in this case
