Hi Pet I have been trying to access log dated Nov16 2010 without much success. I think it’s the Rootschat site. Can you help me. I would like the name of the man who is trying to trace my family. No luck.
    Regards
    Veronica

    Hi

That was Ed Lansdell, he trained with Doug and is in the Training Sqn photo (did you see that?)

I spoke to Ed in 2010 and I did receive emails from him, but sadly heard nothing for several years now, I believe he has joined his RAF chums.

He did speak to your uncle as well as I recall.

    Pete

You have a cousin Ian who lives in Perth, Australia......he and I corresponded and it was his father who spoke to Ed Lansdell.

if you email me as above I will copy you the emails I have.

Hi Pete, sorry for long delay in replying. Thank you for the photos they are lovely, I will print them of as soon as I can get new inks for printer.
You said I have a cousin in Australia. Would it be possible with his consent to let me have his name and email address.
Do you have any contact with Ed Lansdell family. I would like to have copies of photos with Douglas Pegrum on, I only have one.
    My email address is maisanyin@gmail.com
