    The Sueddeutsche, a nationwide German newspaper published an article with the above headline.

    From 23rd March until 4th April 1942 two very eager scientist from Vienna were heading a project called “Typical East Europe –Jews” looking at all Jewish families in this partially open Ghetto of Tarnow. These two woman measured and photographed all (naked) and eventually put all information in some kind of a catalogue. In early 1942 30.000 Jews lived in Tarnow. By January 1945 not even 250 had survived this “project”.
