Here is one I recently scratch-built of a CMP Chev 30cwt GS (11 Cab) which featured prominently in the Canadian Army early in WW2. They were eventually phased out in favour of the 3 Ton vehicles. The cab was supplied by Les Freathy with the wheels coming from the Wee Friends K2 set (slightly modified). The figures are from the Dan Taylor Beach Group set and the truck mirrors are also from his range. All else was scratch-built or from the spares box and the decals are from Pete Marshall, Aleran. The vehicle was inspired by a photo in Steve Guthries book, "Camouflage and Markings of Canadian Military Vehicles in WW2" which showed a group of these trucks of the Irish Regiment of Canada being inspected in the UK in 1941.

    Neil,
Another wonderful miniature model, full of you usual details.
Unfortunately my modelling has been stopped since I tried to take my finger end off in March.
13 stitches and healing up well, but too tender to work with at the moment.
    Regards
    Tom
