I'm trying to find out more information on the attack by the Irgun on members of 12th Anti-Tank regiment RA while in camp at Karkur - they turned up dressed as British military personnel and attacked the men in the CO and 6 of his men were killed. I did find a request for information online by someone who was researching the attack, but sadly he had passed away.

One of those killed was Gunner Wood http://www.ww2talk.com/forum/ww2-militaria-collecting/37557-casualty-service-paybook-collection-2.html#post416571

    Thanks

Just bringing this one back up, I've found a few newspaper cuttings from the time that refer to an inquiry in process, any thoughts on where I could find the result of the inquiry?

    Casualty Service and Paybook Collection

    Thanks
