    Hello,
    Im researching my grandad sgt Sidney Norton 407545 24th lancers 8th armoured brigade RAC
    im trying if possible to work out his last day as he was KIA on the 17th june 1944. So far im think either around Tilly-sur-seulles or around point 102/3 near cristot can anyone give me any further possible locations or does his name ring any bells to anyone please.. thank you

    Appendice E from the same file. Assuming he is the man mentioned not by name he was in B Sqn and his tank was hit by an 88 during the attack.

    Thank you drew5233 it seems like it maybe my grandfather he is talking about on the report. It has given me a clearer idea of where he may have been. Now im looking at possibly being around conde-sur-seulle (la londe) it says the attack was in parc de bois londe. I have searched for it but didnt find an exact match but ive found a email contact in conde-sur-seulle which I emailed to ask about the wooded park
    . Hopefully they can help me. I cant find how to pm you at the moment as I may want a few diary records ill work it out and speak so more thanks again best regards shaun norton
