    Hi guys

I reckon I've ID'd this photo as the 10th Royal Hussars (Prince of Wales Own), 2nd Armoured Brigade, 1st Armoured Division, Libya 1942

The aos is a white 67 on a red background that right?

And whats the story of the white diagonal cross on the bonnet I thought the arial recognition markings were the RAF roundel...can anyone shed any light on this pls? The cross seems to have been painted over the windscreen and glass that right...and common?

    Cheers

This black outlined white cross was used as an allied (I believe exclusively British only) aerial recognition sign during 1942 in Africa, picture tells more on markings.
There must be at least one more picture of that particular Bantam truck circulating around i-net... Found and added already. B)
Vehicle is carrying a member of royal family during his visit to British Forces in Nort Africa. Unfortunately I can not remember his name...
