2nd the kings regt & 2/4th hampshire regt kalamaki

    Does anyone have any information about the above two regts when they were in zante?

    There are 2 & half pages about 2/4th Hamps in Greece in David Scott Daniell's 'The Royal Hampshire Regiment 1918-1954' pages 205 to 207.

    Kalamaki is mentioned but not Zante.

    argh! well much to my annoyance that kalamari was the name of the international airport on Greece!

    I always get mixed up with the Kings Regiments some how. Is it the King's Own Royal Regiment you are after? I have their history but I'm not home for a few days yet.
