Hello - I am trying to study the battle more deeply and wonder where one can see the War Diary of that battle - and where might I find a nominal roll at that time. It would be interesting to see who survived in which platoons - but that is probably asking for too much! Graham Palmer
National archives would have the war diaries of the units invovled. As for the nominal roll, that is a bit more difficult as I do no think that one exists. You would be more lucky with individual units.
