From Flypast: Plans are on to celebrate the BBMF's 50th anniversary with a 'Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Day' at Duxford this year. As many past and present Aircraft of the flight will attend as possible and it's been announced that hopefully all 7 BBMF fighters will be flying in formation with the Lancaster... Phwoarr! Looks like the 5th of May is the date. BBMF website (with some great shots of the Lancaster under restoration.)
Mmmmmmm, sweeeet! Some great pics on that site. Just the thought of nine Merlins and two Griffons in formation makes me all "fuzzy".
