    Can anyone help ??....
    Searching for info on the above who was with the Army Catering Corps but attached to the Royal Artillery. He died on 23rd Feb 1945 and is buried at St Ives Church Cemetery, Cambridgeshire. His parents were Harry & Maud Hewitt......and that's all I know.
    I am piecing together some WWII details for out local RBL (I'm a Committee Member)

    I would suggest obtaining a copy of his service records - the forms are available on this link Request records of deceased service personnel you wont need a death certificate as he is CWGC database, but need to add to details to/with the form

    It may help to search local papers as they may detail how he died.
