Can anybody shed any light on 632 Coy RASC Water Transport please - I can find no record of it!

My relation enlisted in this company in Jan 1940 and served until 1946. His service is shrouded in mystery and according to hearsay he was occasionally involve in clandestine ops. I know he was in RASC boats around the Harwich area before being posted to North Africa. He also seems to have spent sometime in Italy and was supposed to have been involved in landing supplies and agents into Yugoslavia. At one point his wife was informed he was missing in action but he resurfaced several months later.

He was awarded the Atlantic Star, Africa Star & Clasp. Italy Star, 1939-1945 Star, Defence Medal and 1939-1945 Medal.

After liberation of the Channel Islands he was posted there until his demob in 1946.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
