Another one of my side projects has involved a lot of searching through Squadron Record books held at the National Archives, and a lot of field trips with a briefcase full of Ordnance Survey maps trying to pinpoint the exact location that the original photographs were taken. The whole project has taken nearly a year to complete but has been very therapeutic during these difficult times.

You are clearly wrong about the Hurricanes of No 11 Group...

That is a shame as the book has gone off to the printers, if it sells as well as my previous volume, (The Balls Pond Road Blitz: Then and Now), the second edition should be available by the 1st April 2022, and will have the necessary corrections and revisions.

I will be selling signed copies at the Hay on Wye Literary Festival, weather and social distancing permitting.

Some of the most interesting Then & Nows I've ever seen.
The work obviously put into framing & lens selection is noticeable.
