I don't know if this book, from Pen and Sword publishing, will be available everywhere but I saw it in my local Indigo Bookstore for only $10.00 dollars. The website price, even on sale, is almost double at 11.25 GBP and that's without the postage. For those interested in the subject matter I think it's a great deal.
