    Bull Sandfort
    A grade II listed sea fort constructed between 1915-1919 for naval sea defence during World War 1 and used in World War 2 (works were not fully completed until after World War 1 had ended), in need of refurbishment throughout, located in the Humber Estuary. Vacant.

    Not if it is in UK territorial waters methinks.

    Its much easier to get a UK tx licence now than it was in the 1960s.
    Radio Caroline have a 'Community' licence on MW, but can be received over large areas of southern England on 648kHz. I think the gov are happy to be making a bit of cash from MW during the delay in selling that part of the spectrum for other commercial use.
    Radio studios supplying a radio station located on a wartime fort would be a great tourist attraction, just like Caroline's home on the Ross Revenge anchored in the River Blackwater.
