Just read a rather sad email from George Wilkinson. Art first contacted me back in 2005 when I returned from Normandy & made a query on MapleLeafUp. He was very generous to me with a few gifts, plenty of emails & a some photos. I have mentioned him on a few threads over the years. He joined the forum back in 2007 although he didn't post too much. As promised , better picture of Art , taken in September 1945 with his British mother-in-law . He is in one of the famous pictures of St Lambert-sur-Dives with Major Currie VC. He sent me a copy with himself circled.
