    Hi,
This is just out of curiosity, is every single civilian who was killed in an air raid listed on the CWGC site?
    Thanks

In theory yes. Such deaths were reported direct tthe Registrar General by the relevant local authority. The Registrar General reported onward to the CWGC - there being no family involvement that we would be used to in peacetime

A lot of successful submissions to CWGC of non-commemorated are recorded within this sub-forum
    Non-Commemorated War Dead
