CMP 3 ton Chevrolet in Burma Campaign

    One for the military vehicle specialists. I'm wanting details of CMP 3 ton Chevrolet 4x2 GS trucks used in the Burma Campaign, specifically by the Road Transport units in the 202 L of C area 1944. Apart from the obvious, how did the 4x2 version differ from the 4x4? What would the vehicle markings have been? Does anyone have any photo's or even a vehicle? Any help much appreciated,
