Close to my home town was a Luftwaffe air base during the war and later used from 1966 until1969 by the US fighter bomber unit 34 including s number of nuclear weapons.

Today a small international airport named Memmingen, but the bunkers are still there.

The Luftwaffe have / had a fighter-bomber unit numbered or known as Jabo 34, it flew Tornado IDS aircraft (the fighter-bomber version). Which was a swing wing design. There are many modelling sites on them and in German this for the airfield: Jagdbombergeschwader 34 – Wikipedia

It is possible these German Tornados had a nuclear delivery role, that would take a lot of research to confirm. The Special Ammunition Sites nearly always followed the same layout and design. Starting point: Weapon storage area - Wikipedia

The USAF did deploy for many years the swing wing F-111E / F to the UK, using RAF Upper Heyford and to my recollection they were never based in Germany. An electronic warfare version was there, I stand corrected.
