My great uncle Sydney fought and sadly lost his life which is still too painful for some family members to discuss. Which is why I'm trying to find out everything I can, specifically what he did and how he died etc.

So enlisted with them but changed to South Staffordshire? I was always under the impression he was with south as that's all the information on him says. But he was born and lived in the north Staffordshire area.
