Desert Take Off/landing

    Desert take offs and landings were always fraught with danger. The rough ground would send the nose into the sand. At some airfields the Anti Aircraft Gun Crews witnessed this happening to every fourth plane.

    Can anyone identify the plane?

    Looks like a Blenheim to me.
