Thanks, but given the Comet tank in front of this house, I figured it might just as well be Divisional or 29th Armoured Brigade's HQ instead of 8RB's.

 

One is Schloss Gottorf , the other, House is Strukdorf near Bad Bramstedt

Is this the house located at the end of the Meiereistrasse, with a small traffic circle in front?

 

I have since received a second photo of this location (through Musee du Percee du Bocage), probably taken the same day:

Gratuliere: Ein wunderbarer Fund!

Um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden: mit Strukdorf meinst Du das Dorf auf halbem Weg zwischen Bad Segeberg und Lübeck. Also genau hier:



Wenn ich das Dorf vergrößere sehe ich drei mögliche Standorte, die eine Auffahrt haben die kreisfömig endet vor dem Haus, alle liegen etwas entfernt von der Dorfstraße: Haus Nr. 1 Meiereistrasse (?); Haus Nr. 2 zeigt deutlich eine hervorstehende mittlere Fassade und ist auch ein höheres Gebäude. Meiner Meinung nach das Haus auf dem Foto; Haus Nr. 3 ist zu klein und hat auch keine sichtbare Mittelfassade
