Well, a quick search shows, that Gerard Florizoone was a son of Odila Maria (nee Florizoone) (1901-1985) and thus, a grandson of Theophil Isidorus Florizoone (1866-1943), who built the new mill/plant in Dijk at Wulpen. The Gerard'r father - Julien Hector Florizoone (1893-1956) and his parents lived in Wulpen too. So, Dijk at Wulpen is a very good guess to start with, and here Rich is right.
Just some steps (to the North-East along the street) from the place pointed out by Rich. Mark the bridge name!
Back to the beach, just bought a few more photo/negs for my collection photo 2 and 3.. The Photos 1 and 4 are photo/negs i have had bought a long time ago but of the same trucks in photo/neg 1. Keith View attachment 268328 View attachment 268336
Morrisc8 amazing range of vehicles on the beach, thank you for shareing. Does anyone know that the white round motiff is on a couple of the vehicles? Are some French or Belgium vehicles? Interesting to see vans as well as lorries and cars in the mix.
One more photo taken from my Original ww2 negative of the Ship Horst with a 3 Corps Morris CS8 and Bedford MW. Keith
Keith has helped me by zooming in on the biscuit tins....the decorated tin is Dutch...Verkade's Lange Beschuit. They still exist as a biscuit manufacturer.
Might that particular track with "A.FINET & FILS" logo be Belgian? There was an enterprise named "Finet & Fils" in Charleroi (Belgium).
Same area, you can just see the same truck and looks like it`s been moved a few times. Original photos from my collection. Keith
Well, "Finet & Fils" whose business was agricultural machinery, engineering [and mechanical service?]. No matches, so far.
It's a name that is concentrated around Mons and Charleroi (if we ignore Brussels). It's quite difficult to trace small businesses that existed prior to the internet age...I bet he never saw his truck again ! Familienaam.be - Geografische spreiding van familienamen in België
Photos of same area, you can see the round dome in the background and one photo looking from the round dome to the trucks. Original photos from my collection. Keith

Got this last week. Anyone able to translate the caption? My rusty schoolboy German and google not quite up to the job.
Well, something like this: 5727/ Сhaos on the Dunkirk seashore. The chaos on the seashore of Dunkirk. On wild fleeing the English left everythig in trouble and attempted to run farther.
