    1 Battalion East Yorkshire Regiment

    July 1944 to March 1945

    Was part of the 150th Indian Infantry Brigade which was formed in March 1944 at Secunderabad as a Jungle Training Brigade assigned to the Southern Army.

    Hello Guys

    i was wondering if anyone could help... as you can see from the above post of Micks service records , which Steve has kindly written out for me

    Mick was in India Malaya Burma possibly Egypt or Palestine and Korea.

    My question is, if i could get the war diary's for his time in those places do i get the 1st E.Y.R diary or the Brigade or Group he was attached to.

    Hope that makes sense
