Keep getting this warning on screen in Conversation:
    The following error occurred:
    Error 406 - Not Acceptable
    Error 406 - Not Acceptable
Generally a 406 error is caused because a request has been blocked by Mod Security. If you believe that your request has been blocked by mistake please contact the web site owner.

    Hi Richard,
Without going into detail here, is it a PM to a new member you're trying to initiate or someone else?

Think it is because he was trying to send a Photo in the message. Many thanks.

Not had a report of it in PMs, but this sounds rather like the old title glitch again, I'm afraid.
Don't start threads with 'Mail' or 'RM' or 'ID' as the first word in the title (for the moment).

Intensely irritating, for which I apologise, but I'm guessing the conversation might have a title that confuses the system like the words above.
It's sorted in the next iteration of Xenforo, but I've not seen much sign of our update recently.

Afraid the only advice I can give is to try a new conversation with a different title.
We've no access to the text of PMs, but even if we did, repair would be very difficult. The error on threads creates issues no matter what the user's access permissions.

Sorry for being no real help!

What is the minimum number of posts for a new member before they can start sending 'conversations' ?

Normally photos or other files are no problem in conversations

Aha, Title was photo ID. Tell a fib, it was ID Unit in photo. Thanks all.

This same title glitch is also present in Gallery, so please be careful when naming images there.
