Talking of gardening,my father had a 'Rememberance' rose, he loved his roses. Also regarding the Lancaster. My son is base drummer in 3rd Davyhulme Scout & Guide Band. On their badge is the logo of a a Lancaster bomber, as 2 of the founder members of 3rd Davyhulme Scout Group worked at Metrovicks in Trafford Park where they were made!
Most of my roses I don't know the names of, but we have 3 Loving Memory's, and yesterday I bought some Flanders Poppies.
