Does anyone know to which branch this uniform belongs to?

Probably the uniform of a RAD officer.....Reichsarbeitdienst....the state labour force.

An instrument introduced by Hitler to reduce youth employment. It was either this or the Hitler Youth for German youth.

 

This might help.
Look at the colour of the waffenfarbe ( coloured piping) on the uniform.

I would classify the tunic as an M36 (5 buttons)
An officer (silver cord on the peaked cap) in the infantry (I would describe the collar as dark green)
There is a wounded badge on the left breast pocket

 

The bottle green coloured collar was common to all arms. As Owen says, the waffenfarbe gives you the arm of service, but the photo is of poor quality, so difficult to say. The only arms I would say it isn't are infantry (white) or panzer (pink). If I had to guess, I'd say it is black (engineers),

From the photo, the Waffenfarbe could also be Dark Green - indicating Heeresbeamte - Administrative Staff. Another possibility could be an officer of another arm, wounded sufficiently to be unfit for further frontline service (wound badge). The clincher would be that they wore a cypher HV (Heeres Verwaltung; Army Administration) on the shoulder straps, but we can't see them. Just another possible alternative.
