This colourised picture Of John Frost taken after Bruneval Raid Shows him talking to a Guards Officer who has Guards Shoulder titles. Where there designated Guards Airborne Units or would this be a one off officer serving on an HQ?. The gloves do not look like typical Guards attire.

Thanks Owen that puts him firmly in HQ. I know post war we had Guards Ind. Coy but the "Guards" was in their Title They were Parachute Regiment. Would an Airborne Soldier wear the shoulder titles of his parent unit if not part of one of the Major Units?
