hi all i am new to the forum i am after som help to idenifiy a uniform. Its a bit of a stange one to me it lloks like a army uniform with a navy cap? I am told by my father-in-law a relitive of the one on the right that he was told i he was in some sort of special forces but how ture that is im not sure. any help would be grateful cheers paul
Hi, welcome could be a few options army guys wearing Navy guys caps, or they could be RN commandos....also could be FOB does not help that you cant see thier shoulders to see if there are any clus via titles etc, im sure others will add there opinions. In the meantime pop in the user intros and introduce yourself.
Definately Royal Navy 'hats' - Marines wore berets with that dress as far as I'm aware. I wonder if there is another photo somewhere with two sailors wearing army berets?
